The range of services and the type of full assessment offered at the Melbourne MediBrain Centre allows our doctors to be able to provide full medicolegal reports that are based not just on an "impression" but on results of an objective assessment process.

It has been our experience that the courts generally prefer objective assessment to one based on psychiatric interview alone.

Dr. Natalie Krapivensky (MBBS, FRANZCP, PhD) has provided evidence in court and is actively engaged in working with the court system, bail programmes, as well as individual cases.
